Year 1

Dear Year One Families,

What a whirlwind of a term this has been! With new challenges and experiences came plenty of success! The support and effort we have received from year one families has been amazing this year, we thank each and every parent/caregiver who worked with us throughout the term to achieve the best possible outcome for their children. It was an outstanding team effort and we made it!

The rewards are evident, as we can see each year one student has shown personal growth and development; they’ve matured, taken on responsibilities and built on their resilience. The motivation and persistence children have shown this year has been admirable and we are very proud of their efforts. At this stage I feel that we are equipped to handle whatever challenges come our way.

We look forward to some normality and to learning in our classroom again. Please be reminded that children will need two water bottles at school each day, a hat, lunch and a snack.
